I was stranded at this place without my phone and urgently needed to contact my father. I politely asked one of the staff members if I could use his phone for a quick call. Instead of showing even basic human decency, he shouted at me aggressively. I do not understand Hindi, and no effort was made to communicate properly, which made the situation even more humiliating and stressful. The overall attitude of the staff was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the café itself was unhygienic and poorly maintained, with a clear lack of cleanliness. This place has zero customer service standards and no sense of basic respect. I will never purchase anything from this café again. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen it without hesitation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
