We went there thinking of having a good time but the ambience was very bad. The waiting time for coffee and chicken pakoda took around 30 mins. I went up to the so called Manager/cashier (who was thinking himself of some hero) to tell him to pack the pakodas and give the coffee atleast, even that took him another 15 mins! Finally the coffee came(sorry very hot milk with 70%water with very less sugar and some coffee powder sprinkled on top), the taste was seriously very bad, I mean you guys are charging coffee for 60, atleast give some good coffee man! We came home, opened the pack and thats it! It was rather looking like normal pakoras that are given on a cart on the streets The bill was for 300, but trust me, a Big 0 for everything. You guys should shut down if you don't have the experience to run a restaurant. I don know who the owner is, kindly visit your kitchen once and have a taste of your own food! Anyone else had a terrible experience at Metro Kitchen near Survey, Beltola? We ordered butter naan, chicken butter masala, and paneer butter masala, and were told it would take around 10 minutes. I kept checking, only to be reassured that the food was ‘being prepared.’ After 35 minutes of waiting, I went to ask again—only to be told they hadn’t even started cooking yet! No explanation, no apology, and no clue how much longer it would take. We left the place without eating. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service! Avoid this place if you value your time. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
