We recently visited Hotel Rastrasant – Malvani Gajalee for a family get-together, and it was an amazing experience. It’s truly a hidden gem for all seafood and Konkani food lovers! The restaurant serves authentic Malvani flavors that instantly remind you of home. The seafood dishes were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the Pomfret Thali and Surmai Thali. Each dish, along with the rich coconut gravies, was cooked to perfection with that traditional coastal touch. The vegetarian options were equally delicious and well-prepared. The owner, Chef Mr. Nilesh Samant, takes great pride in maintaining the restaurant’s high quality and traditional taste. You can truly feel his dedication in every dish served. The staff is very polite, friendly, and attentive, making the entire dining experience warm and memorable. The ambiance is neat, cozy, and family-friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy genuine Malvani and Konkani cuisine at its finest!
