Lovely meal at Luv! While there were some hits and some misses. The hits were absolutely homeruns. The Pork Bun Maska was by far the best dish (probably among the best I’ve ever had), with a perfect bun reminiscent of Mumbai Bun Musk with Tea (which was actually Prok Broth simmered to perfection) and delightful pork stuffing. The Duck Wontons were crispy with good filling. The lam birria tacos were well seasoned, tender and juicy, delight to eat! The Duck fried rice was on the spicier side (which I didn’t mind) but the duck was overcooked and chewy. The Gyoza was good but nothing mind blowing about it. The kokum prawns were again good, but personally I felt the kokum flavour lacking. The cracker was very good though. The starry night was a let down. Beautiful looking dessert, but it was just as disappointing in taste as beautiful as it looked. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Thanks so much for the deep dive! I’m honestly stoked that the Pork Bun Maska hit it out of the park for you—that one is a labor of love. It’s also great to hear the Lamb Tacos and Wontons held their own. I really appreciate the honest notes on the Duck Fried Rice and the Starry Night, though. It’s a bummer when a dish looks better than it tastes, or when the meat isn’t quite tender enough. We’re definitely going to look into the 'kokum punch' in those prawns and the duck cook-time with the kitchen team. Hope to have you back soon to see if we can turn those 'misses' into homeruns!

I keep returning to Luv Restaurant, and I’ve been taking all my loved ones there they’ve all ended up loving it just as much as I do.
