I ordered Palak paneer combo and Rajma combo on lunchbox sohna road, Gurgaon through swiggy and they were providing Heineken Non-alcoholic beer 330ml for free which I did not received with my order for which I complained to swiggy but no action was taken against them then I started having rajma rice and I found Cockroach in rice, when I complaint against it swiggy representative just gave me Rs. 450 coupon in swiggy account with condition like I can't use it in offers section!!! Look the way they treat their customer like not even refund initiated from their side!! Pathetic!! 3rd class!! Customer care service by swiggy. Worst experience of my life while ordering food from outside
