Hi, first of all the prices are clearly evident on the Menu and known to customers before ordering them. As you have mentioned you are a chef, so clearly you should be aware of the high ingredient cost when it comes to Awadhi cuisine. Meat is ordered every day and Biryani is made fresh everyday. In fact this Biryani would not last beyond a few hours as it contains milk. As far as our chefs are concerned, all are from Lucknow having worked at places like Tunday and Mubeens. Further this is our own cuisine and we all are well aware of those processes of Biryani making that you have listed.Be it the use of Mitha Itra or Milk.This is how our Biryani is made. We have never stated that our Biryani is best. Instead it is Authentic Lucknowi. Please remember your review is only one feedback. Against this we have received thousands of positive opinions/feedback over the last 10 years from customers across various geography and culture.which is a clear indication of acceptance of our food.Some of them are even available on Google which you can view yourself. No body is fooling people. In fact no business can survive 10 years especially in Pune market and food industry if it fools people. There are more than 2000 types of Biryani made in our country. I have personally tried the Biryani brand names that you mentioned. They are good when it comes to local version but very different from Lucknowi Biryani. People expect us to silently listen to their opinion and the moment we try to put our stand, we are considered as rude.
