Dear Hotel Owner's, I stayed at your hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, my overall experience with the service was very disappointing. At the time of checkout, the reception person informed me that my bill would be shared with me on WhatsApp shortly. However, I did not receive it. When I tried calling, no one responded, due to which I was forced to return to the hotel. At the reception, your employee Mr. Shubham Rajput first said that the bill could not be generated from the system and that he would send it the next day on WhatsApp. During this time, he was continuously talking to a female on the phone and not paying attention to my concern. I informed him that I could miss my train and requested him to provide the bill immediately. After repeatedly insisting, he finally generated the bill, but his behavior was rude and unprofessional. I request you to kindly take necessary action against such behavior and improve the quality of service at your hotel. This kind of experience leaves a very negative impression on guests. Thank you.

I booked this hotel on MMT but on reaching the location they wont allow check in and aksing for extra money. This is a fraud hotel dont book this hotel. The mattresses used in the room is of low quality and room was dirty. I got my refund from MMT on the very same day and booked another hotel. They are cheaters as they are using fake name for booking.
