    We visited Lovely Bake Studio yesterday (15th June 2025) with high expectations, as I was accompanied by my wife and children to celebrate my son's birthday. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. We ordered two Pina Coladas and an Irish Frappe, but both drinks were excessively sweet — to the point of being undrinkable. None of us could consume them, and it felt like there was no quality control in the preparation. To make matters worse, we had purchased a birthday cake, which we expected to be the highlight of the celebration. Sadly, the cake was spoiled and tasted terrible. It completely ruined the birthday mood and left us extremely dissatisfied. We never expected such poor quality from a reputed brand like Lovely. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I sincerely hope the management takes note and ensures this doesn’t happen to any other customer.
