Worst experience ever at Louis Burger, Indiranagar. The service is pathetic and the staff is completely careless and untrained. They do not know how to separate veg and non-veg food, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a country where food preferences are taken seriously. Despite clearly placing a veg order, I was served non-veg food. This shows zero professionalism, zero hygiene standards, and total disrespect towards customers. The employees seemed clueless and showed no accountability for such a serious mistake. This is not a small error—mixing veg and non-veg is a major issue and reflects extremely poor management and training. I would strongly advise people who are vegetarian to avoid this outlet completely. Louis Burger Indiranagar seriously needs to train their staff and improve service standards.
