    From once giving Loranngo a 5-star rating to now leaving a 1-star, I am extremely disappointed by how much their food and service have degraded. I visited for breakfast, ordering the same items I had enjoyed previously. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like before. The main course was overly salty, the Anda Bun lacked the flavors and proper portion it once had, and despite their menu promising baked beans and garlic toast, neither was served. What’s worse is that every time I visit, I have to specifically ask for the baked beans—something that should already come with the dish as per their own menu. When I pointed out the difference by even showing them a picture of my previous order, the chef refused to acknowledge it. The staff were also unhelpful and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. Hospitality, which was once a highlight here, has now completely disappeared. I kindly request Manish ji, the owner, to look into the quality of food and behavior of the staff. If this is the direction Loranngo is headed, I cannot recommend it to anyone. I have been a loyal customer and visited many times, but now I feel so let down that I will no longer be coming back. A restaurant should at least be consistent in quality, taste, and portion, especially for returning customers. If Loranngo cannot maintain even the basics, then sadly, it does not deserve the reputation it once had.
