“The service here was really poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. It took a long time to get anyone’s attention, and when they finally came over, they were rude and unhelpful. No smiles, no basic courtesy, and it felt like we were bothering them just by ordering. Honestly, the unfriendly attitude completely ruined the experience, no matter how the food tasted. Definitely needs serious improvement in customer service Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cold fries with excess oil were packed and coffee was half glass.. While complaining no action was taken.. very very bad.. Do not visit London burger. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The service is very poor... I had ordered a burger and cold coffee, and when I reached home and opened the package, I found that the cold coffee was less than half. When I complained, the delivery person said it was my mistake, not theirs, and that I should have checked it before taking it. These people are scammers.
