Loco Otro is honestly overrated and fails to justify its hype. The portion sizes are ridiculously small and absolutely not worth the price, while the taste is quite ordinary. Service was extremely slow and poorly managed—they forgot most of our orders and we had to remind them repeatedly. Starters arrived after the main course, and a few dishes never arrived at all, forcing us to cancel them. Even replacing plates took ages despite multiple reminders. The beer was average, the menu isn’t extensive, and overall the experience was disappointing.
