We ordered Belgian chocolate butter cream, 1200 gms. but we received only 750 gms. it was old stock very clearly as it was dry from both outside and inside ( both spong and iceing). total dissatisfaction for Rs.3000/-. called them to share grievances, response was very casual. one big reason why they are not on swiggy and zomato is they fear the return/ refund. We fell prey to their website. earlier we had ordered a fruit cake which was a disaster. but, they had promised to deliver quality next but never did. they simply ask to share pictures, but never improved l. The blue berry fresh cream cake was just amazingly delicious! Perfect sweetness, light & airy frosting and yummy sponge cake. Can vouch for quality of ingredients used in the cake . Very few bakers put in so much thought in using clean and premium ingredients without any nonsense additives and Liliyum Patisserie is one of them and they have outdone themselves. Thank you! The cake was very delicious one of the best butterscotch cake I have had. The icing was also just right not too over powering. Thank you for your quick and perfect delivery.. this was my second order with them and it was as good as m first order...
