Location: One floor below the PVR in Mahagun Metro Mall in Vaishali. So quite easy to locate.
Ambiance: Small outlet with simple seating and horrible decoration. With AC not working on a hot and sultry evening at least a table fan could have been arranged.
Seating: Around 5-6 tables with sofa/chair seating combination. Who the hell came up with the idea of putting artificial grass on the table? Keeping the glass full of water on the table was a balancing act.
Service: Pathetic is a nice word to describe it. The people working have no training in restaurant hospitality and were struggling with the menu items. They were not sure if any item was available or not and had to repeatedly visit the kitchen to inquire.
Food: The only saving grace was the food. Though nothing (read fish) was available except chicken items, the preparation was good and tasty.
Overall a very unpleasant experience which lasted till the payment was done which itself took more than 15 minutes as card machine was not working and they took at least 10 minutes to bring the bill even though there were hardly 5 customers there which is simply not acceptable. Not recommended at all. Try the restaurants at the food court which are far better in service and food.
