I had an important function at home and ordered a 1 kg cake from Lemon Bakery, Mananthavady. I paid ₹800 and expected at least decent quality. But what I got was a total mess. The writing on the cake was done carelessly — completely wrong and ugly. It looked like they had zero interest in doing a proper job. On top of that, when I raised the issue, they didn’t even bother to respond. Very bad attitude and absolutely unprofessional. If you care about your special occasions, do NOT order from this bakery. Totally unreliable and disappointing. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000
