chicken was not fresh and hard and not tasty at all..it was not like the way when I had it before..could not have it and had to throw it

Very poor quality . Quality has dropped drastically, chicken was burnt literally black and looked stale. I had to remove the chicken and eat the bread. Never ordering again from Lebanese Point. Highly disappointing

Today we ordered half grilled chicken and hummus with pita breads. To our surprise the food was delivered without hummus and instead of hummus garlic sauce was in the box ..when we complaint they did send hummus but it was stale and rotten stinking to the core. Icing on the top was when the delivery guy asked us to return the garlic sauce which they sent by mistake on which we informed that we have tasted it to check for hummus but he said it's ok I will take away the used box also or else pay us extra money God knows who is eating our tasted garlic sauce now. What odasety of this guy to ask money for their mistake and take away the used big box of garlic sauce. Also guys please visit the shop before ordering to check the cleanliness. Spoiled full mood of having the Lebanese food. Really upset with them I mean how can u send stale food. It smelled like rotten egg, something that's kept in Fridge for ages. Yucks i can't even explain you guys. Please think twice before ordering from here coz these guys don't even attend your calls after you complain. Totally DISAPPOINTING.
