Extremely Unhygienic – Not Recommended! I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The moment we walked in, the place smelled musty and unclean. The tables were sticky, the floors hadn’t been mopped in ages, and there were flies buzzing around—even near the food counter! Ordered via Swiggy and had to wait over 1 hr for the food to arrive—even though the estimated delivery time was 15 minutes. The delivery partner w8ing the fud for over 30mnts the manager of the restaurant is very misbehaving uncle. Horrible Experience with Blotz order through Swiggy – Delayed Food & Rude Behavior by Restaurant I had a terrible experience ordering from Blotz through Swiggy, and I feel it’s important to share so others don’t go through the same. The Swiggy app initially showed a delivery time of 15 minutes, but after placing the order, the timing kept randomly fluctuating between 15 minutes to 1 hour. This wasn’t just a technical glitch — it reflected how badly the restaurant was handling the order. Despite waiting patiently, the food was not even prepared on time. Let me make it very clear — the delivery boy was not at fault. He came as soon as the restaurant handed over the order. The entire delay was due to the restaurant’s carelessness and poor management. To make things worse, when we tried to check with the restaurant directly, the manager (an older man wearing black specs) behaved very rudely. Instead of apologizing or offering a proper explanation, he argued with us aggressively and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. His attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional. We were not being rude — just asking for an update — but he was loud, defensive, and downright disrespectful. At the end, the food was finally collected and delivered — but after a long, stressful wait, and the quality did not make up for any of it. It arrived cold, felt rushed, and lacked basic freshness. This kind of behavior from restaurant staff is completely unacceptable. If a manager can’t even talk to customers properly, and if the kitchen can’t prepare orders on time, they have no business being on a food delivery platform. Extremely disappointed with Blotz, both for their unreliable service and the unpleasant in-person behavior. Definitely my first and last time ordering from there Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On August 11 2023 , i bought chilly chicken and parotta plus chapati from this restaurant through zomato , i ate the food and next day morning on 4.30 i woke with stomach ache and spent nearly 1 hr in the bathroom and i struggled a lot and i suffered a lot with stomach ache then i vomit and i had loose motion ,i saw death near by me. on that day morning i went to the hospital because of this loose motion. And now also iam not feeling well,the doctor said that it was due to food poisoning,if i die due to anything related to food poisoning this restaurant is completely responsible,so guys please dont but any food from this restaurant,try to avoid.
