I recently ordered from Laziz Family Restaurant and unfortunately, the experience left the worst impression on me. The tandoori rotis were clearly stale and reheated, lacking the freshness and flavor one expects. Even more disappointing was the absence of the Romali rotis I ordered altogether. The overall spiciness of the food was overwhelming, making it difficult to enjoy. To top it off, I was utterly disgusted to find a small hair in one of the rotis. This completely ruined my appetite and left me questioning the hygiene standards in the kitchen. It's disheartening when such basic elements of food quality and cleanliness are overlooked. Needless to say, this experience has left me hesitant to order from Laziz Family Restaurant again in the future.
