Lassi Shop Review 1. Rude Owner and Poor Service. The owner was quite rude and seemed uninterested in taking orders. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and their attitude made the whole process frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service is key in any business, and here, it was severely lacking. 2. Forgotten Order and Long Wait. Even after the frustrating ordering experience, they forgot our order, leaving us to wait much longer than we should have. It was only when we reminded them that they started preparing it. This shows a clear lack of organization and attention to customers. 3. Rude Treatment of Customers. What shocked us most was seeing the owner telling customers to leave if they weren’t ready to place an order right away. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. People should be able to take their time, not be rushed or pushed out. Such behavior drives customers away instead of making them feel welcome. 4. Drinks Were Just Okay, But Overpriced. The drinks themselves were just average—nothing special. Given the quality, they were overpriced. There are many places where you can get better drinks for the same or even lower prices, which makes it hard to justify spending more here. 5. Lack of Cleanliness and Ambiance. The shop itself didn’t feel very clean or inviting. The ambiance was dull, and the tables weren’t properly maintained. This added to the overall disappointment. 6. Not Recommended – Needs Major Improvements. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The drinks are average, overpriced, and not worth the bad service. They need to improve both their customer service and overall management. Hiring a more polite and professional staff member to handle customers would make a huge difference.
