I'm absolutely flabbergasted by the appalling experience I endured at your establishment. My brother-in-law, in what I can only assume was a grave lapse of judgement, subjected me to your purported "4-star" service, which, I assure you, wouldn't pass muster in a back-alley chip shop. The starter, which I can only describe as a culinary catastrophe, arrived manifestly undercooked. Upon bringing this egregious error to the attention of your waiter, I was met with a level of dismissive incompetence that beggars belief. The chef, in a display of utter contempt for culinary standards, proceeded to drown the offending item in peri-peri sauce, as if this would somehow rectify the fact that it was practically raw. When I dared to voice my dissatisfaction, I was met with sheer belligerence. The chef, rather than offering a modicum of apology, launched into a tirade, informing me that I would be charged for the inedible mess regardless, and that any replacement would incur further expense. I pointed out, quite reasonably, that the dish remained untouched on the plate, a testament to its utter unsuitability for consumption. His response? Unadulterated anger. I have never, in my life, encountered such a display of rank unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Your establishment's behaviour was nothing short of scandalous. To bestow a single star upon your service would be an act of gross overestimation. I strongly advise anyone with a modicum of taste or expectation of basic decency to steer well clear of this abysmal excuse for a restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
