La Vie Pizzeria has truly become one of my all-time favourites and the Venus Garden Pizza is hands down my go-to! I’ve ordered it over 20 times by now, and it never fails to hit the spot. The flavours are fresh, the quality consistent, and it’s honestly comfort food at its best. But what really sets La Vie apart is their amazing staff and customer service. On one occasion, we had a bad experience with a food delivery app the pizza arrived cold, and the delivery platform was completely unhelpful. We reached out to the La Vie team directly, and to our surprise, they listened, understood, and went out of their way to replace the food without any fuss. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days. It showed us how much La Vie values its patrons, and it made us feel truly heard and appreciated. A huge thank you to the entire team not just for the amazing pizza, but for standing behind your service and treating your customers with genuine respect.
