I had ordered three Masala Idlis, and while the food came with chutney, there were no disposable or paper plates. It was really inconvenient to eat without them.

When I called customer support, they told me that I should have asked for plates and that it’s the restaurant’s policy not to include them unless requested. Honestly, that sounds really unreasonable. Anyone ordering idlis would obviously need plates. Worst Service Ever
