That said, the pricing sits firmly on the higher side, which naturally raises expectations—especially for service. Unfortunately, this is where Kylin falls short. The service feels inconsistent and underwhelming, lacking the attentiveness and warmth one would expect at this price point. Basic hospitality elements such as responsiveness and engagement could definitely be improved. Another drawback is the absence of any discounts or offers on platforms like Zomato or Swiggy, which makes dining in feel even less value-driven compared to similar competitors in the same cuisine bracket. Interestingly, If you’re someone with a specific Oriental palate and are willing to pay a premium for taste alone, takeaway from Kylin can be a good choice. Impeccable. Menu has lots of options from asian food. Do try their sushi which is their speciality. You can also try dimsum. Noodles, ramen and rice options are also worth it. Starters are good as well. You can try their cocktails. Waiting time is decent. Prices are good. The staff is very helpful and supportive. Definitely worth it.
