I ordered two Magnums, but they only delivered one. When I called to report it, their staff member Abdul spoke very rudely and even disconnected my call twice. After I kept calling, he finally answered and told me to place a new order, saying he would send the missing Magnum with it for freeHowever, I had already paid for both Magnums — why should I have to order again? I clearly told him to just send me what I had already paid for, as I didn’t want anything else.Instead of resolving the issue, Abdul and the staff kept insisting I place a new order and started arguing with me, telling me to “listen” to them as if it was my fault.This is completely unacceptable — they took my full payment but are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.I want to take action against Abdul and the staff, as this is not how a customer should be treated, especially when the fault was clearly on their side.
