I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I paid for 13 ice creams but received only 8 — that’s completely unacceptable! On top of that, the quality was terrible. This is not what I expected at all. I need this issue resolved immediately or I’ll have to escalate it further. Both quality and quantity were poor. I need my money back for that 5 items and take strict actions against the restaurant and delivery boy.

very very bad packing and it's charging 16/- for a 3rd grade plastic bag !
