Not eligible for single star. But, 1 star given, as posting of this review not allowing, without a star. Donot visit this Restaurant. Very poor service, approaching customer. Treating customer with disrespect. Say's do not pay, if you not satisfy. If not paying, treating disrespectly. Yesterday I went to this Kundur's Kitchen restaurant with my family. There was no menu card, no rate card or rate display. I think the owners do all the work. Before the main course, they suggested the Manchurian snack, we said okay. The quantity was very less at Rs. 130, so we cancelled. After the main course, a young man brought the bill, and during the arguments that followed, he claimed to be the owner. In that bill, the charges were mentioned for different items instead of the items we had eaten. Then I asked him to bring the bill with the actual items. He refused and ignored our question. Then he said, if you want to pay, pay, otherwise you can leave, we cannot change the bill, we have to accept this only. Once he said that sternly, we paid only the amount of what we had eaten, which was mentioned in the bill, through PhonePe. Later, he rushed to me and started arguing and used foul language. I still said, bring the bill with our order, it will definitely be paid. He started attacking me with very bad words and behaved very badly towards my family members. He started sharing with other table members and our car driver that I left without paying. He also loudly ordered our car driver to take the car to the police station. Actually I had to take him, but I could not do it due to lack of time. Due to that I paid that balance for the wrong bill. Then, he rushed to me and started arguing and using bad words. I still said, bring the bill with our order, it will definitely be paid. He started attacking with very bad words and behaved very badly towards my family members. He started sharing with other table members and our car driver that I left without paying. He also loudly ordered our car driver to take the car to the police station. I actually had to take him, but I couldn’t do it due to lack of time. Due to that I paid the balance for the wrong bill. I said, you shouldn’t treat a customer like this. He replied, we see thousands of customers every day, we treat them like this, you pay and get lost. This is the worst experience in this restaurant. Also we observed, providing good qty of food for locals and less for outsiders. And not giving respect to other state people.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 1.5 hours for food. And we did not even get the food . They came aft r 1.5 hours and said they don't have cream for pasta and asked us to wait for half n hour more. It was already 11pm and we had to travel another 2 hours to home. Extremely bad service. Going home hungry would not have spoiled our mood.
