Kunafa tastes good. They should have a proper seating arrangement inside the shop. Sitting outside in the pollution doesn't feel good.

I had been to this branch 1.5 year back and the kunafa was amazing. Today I visited kunafa world bandra branch and was extremely disappointed . The kunafa base was burnt. On mentioning the same to the staff they say it’s crispy not burnt. I’ve had kunafa in multiple countries and I know how it should taste like but you seriously need to improve the taste or will be losing customers. Extremely disappointed !!
