Worst experience ever, had ordered cheese kunafa but they gave cream cheese kunafa and still they mentioned it was our fault. Worst service and staff ever. Won’t recommend. There are many better places nearby to try out

I had been to this branch 1.5 year back and the kunafa was amazing. Today I visited kunafa world bandra branch and was extremely disappointed . The kunafa base was burnt. On mentioning the same to the staff they say it’s crispy not burnt. I’ve had kunafa in multiple countries and I know how it should taste like but you seriously need to improve the taste or will be losing customers. Extremely disappointed !!
