This is one of the best places to have south Indian meals. Taste is just awesome and the quality is extremely good. I would say they serve best sambar compared to any restaurant in Chennai

I used to visit Kriyates weekly twice or thrice for lunch. Initially kriyates was good for its Ambiance, Food Quality and the Service. Now a days the service is very poor. Food quality is decreasing day by day. Ambiance also not so good because they moved the restaurant into a new block. I heard they are planning to open a marriage hall in the old block where the restaurant was running earlier.

New suppliers and managers are not having accountability. They are not capable to manage the 15 to 20 customers at the same time. They are taking so much time for simple things. And most of the customers getting irritated because of this.

It's totally waste of time and money.
