This is the most horrible place to visit, I am a vegetarian so I ordered veg food on swiggy from this hotel but when I started eating butter naan I found an whole egg shell this was so gross. How can they show this item as veg but add eggs to it? I contacted the hotel they didn't do anything but said order a different one if u want we can't do anything that item has eggs. This was so rude and this hotel is catfishing people. Istg this I s such skibidi kevin hotel. I recommend not to buy food here if u are vegetarian. My experience at Jagavis Kritunga Train Restaurant near Suchitra Circle in Hyderabad was WORST WORST WORST , so appalling that I feel compelled to warn everyone. I ordered chicken drumsticks, mutton keema balls, natukodi biryani, and kaju biryani—and what a disaster that turned out to be! First off, the hygiene was absolutely WORST . The tables were covered in dust and, to my utter disbelief, cockroaches were crawling all over our plates. If the dining area is this Unhygienic, just imagine how Hygienic the kitchen must be—one can only guess at the unhygienic conditions under which the food is being prepared. Speaking of the food, the quality was shockingly poor. The kaju biryani inexplicably had mushrooms in it—as if they were mixing in leftovers from previous customers—and the chicken used was clearly of the cheapest quality. Overall, every dish tasted stale and unappetizing. When I raised my concerns, there was no manager in sight and the staff acted completely indifferent to our plight. I can only wonder what the food safety officers are doing, given that such a place is allowed to operate with so many health and hygiene violations. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant at all costs. I’ve seen several similar reviews, and it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. The negligence here is unacceptable, and it’s high time the authorities step in.
