I had ordered Bhel Puri via Zomato and called them up to request to make it without onion since I don't eat onion. I still received it with onion, lots of it. When I called again, initially they refused, and later said I can order again ("ladke se dal gya hoga pyaaz"). This is terrible customer service and then lying. Not going to eat from here again. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I place order on the counter of Krishna Chaat Shop for Mashroom duplex and i pick my order or went to home when i check my i found fry mashroom. Very bad experience.
