Such a disappointing experience. We visited just a few minutes ago (Friday, 28 Nov 2025, around 9:45 PM). Your staff told us that 4 seats were available, so we parked and came in with my family, including a child. But once we reached the seating area, we were asked to wait outside in the cold for another 30 minutes, with no assurance that we’d get seats even after that. This is really poor service and extremely inconvenient. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
