    Extremely unprofessional service. I confirmed that I will come to pick up my cake at 4 but we had to wait for 1.5 hours! The cake wasn't even ready by the time we reached there. No coordination between the two chefs. There was so much food colouring in the cake frosting that it wouldn't come off of our hands. And the taste was pretty average. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with any bakery. The cake looked good but the taste was average. Many times there was a delay in communication. This was the second time I ordered a cake from here, the first one was good but the decoration was different from the one that I had asked for.
