Kothi Roti offers a truly unique and refreshing dining experience. The structure, crafted entirely from bamboo and adorned with lush green plants, creates a serene, eco-friendly ambiance that feels like a retreat into nature. We visited today in the forenoon for lunch and tried the Vegetable Kothi Roti, Banarasi Dum Aloo, chapatis, and sweet lassi. Each dish was a delightful culinary experience. The Kothi Roti was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, the Banarasi Dum Aloo had a rich and authentic taste, and the chapatis were soft and fresh. The sweet lassi was the perfect finishing touch—creamy, light, and refreshing. What made our visit even more special was the excellent service. Rahul Kumar Rai who attended to us, was incredibly polite, attentive, and meticulous in ensuring we had a flawless dining experience.
