I visited this place twice and ended up being disappointed both times... First time was when the place was newly opened , i had reached around 4 after looking at the opening time online ( it was 3pm) but after reaching there the lady informed that sushi starts at 5 and only desserts were available. So I ordered the chocolate one and mochi ice cream which tasted good but we were sad we couldn't try sushi. Plz specify the exact timings when y'all serve sushi. Next time i visited was in December at 5pm and the lady had stuck a paper outside the door with a number to call . We called the number and then she opened up the place but she looked very annoyed like we disturbed her break. We sat and decided what to order and when we went to place the order she informed us that sushi starts at 6 because they don't have rice . The way she spoke to us was very rude and she acted like we hv come to her begging for food. This time i didn't order anything and just walked off because of the pathetic service. After looking at all the good reviews here I really wanted to try the food here but after this experience I'm not going back for sure. Food: 2

One of the best places to get Authentic sushi in Managlore, with affordability being a key factor. The quality of food was great too and the owner was really friendly and offered us free smoked salmon sushi to try too. Look forward to visiting again! We were seated on high chairs with a clear view of the preparation area, allowing us to watch the food being prepared. Chef Collin warmly welcomed us and enthusiastically guided us through the entire menu, sharing his passion for food. He suggested a few items, and we opted for the unagi roll, crab Rangoon sticks, emperor roll, yuzu lemonade, and house-made mango iced tea. Collin was extremely accommodating, explaining the 'right way' to eat sushi, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Food: - Unagi Roll : This roll had a perfect blend of flavors, Pleasantly surprising us with the explosion of flavours in the mouth. The freshness of the cucumber, the slight bitterness of the avocado, and the sweet-salty combination of BBQ eel with sushi rice made it a standout. This was our personal favourite. - Crab Rangoon Sticks : These were indulgent, with a perfectly crispy exterior and a rich, cheesy filling. The three cheeses paired with Kani made for a delicious starter. Note, this dish is on the heavier side, but it’s a must-try for fried food and cheese lovers. - Emperor Roll : The presentation of this sushi was unique and appealing. The tempura flakes and kewpie crab mix created a perfect creamy and crunchy texture. They were generous with the amount of meat and toppings, making it a truly satisfying dish. The Drinks: - Yuzu Lemonade: This drink was perfectly balanced, with just the right mix of sweet and tart flavors. I personally enjoyed it very much. - **Mango Iced Tea**: The house-made iced tea was refreshing and complemented the meal well. We ended our meal with the tempura prawns, which were light and crispy. Unfortunately, we were quite full by this point and couldn’t appreciate it as much as we would have otherwise. We’ll definitely try them again on our next visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Korinzu. Thank you to the team for a wonderful dining experience.
