The most amazing dining experience. We were served by Mr. Laxmikant and he was outstanding. His knowledge of the menu and his food recommendations were fantastic. The food- the taste and the presentation was simply fabulous and I would definitely recommend the sea food thali (go for the unlimited version). Another recommendation that I thought was fantastic was the kori ghee roast. Try the kelpulachi vade as a starter and you’ll thank me for it (actually you can thank Mr. Laxmikant ). The solkadi drink was refreshing too and is a perfect way to get the evening started. The icing on the cake was a surprise chocolate mousse that was presented to my niece who was celebrating her 15th birthday. The whole ritual around birthday celebration at the Konkan cafe is a spectacle in itself .. so if you are celebrating a birthday, make sure to head to konkan cafe. All in all - a terrific dining experience and I am pretty sure Ill be back the next time I am in India
