The biryani I ordered lacked the rich aroma and spice blend that defines a good biryani.The Chicken wasn’t very flavorful,very hard to eat,one more thing I noticed that they mix chicken and mutton meat and make a single biryani so that if a customer orders chicken, they take out a piece of chicken from it and give it to the customer and if a customer orders mutton, they take out the mutton peice from it and rice is same,I hope the restaurant takes this feedback positively and makes improvements. Last purchase of 1 and 1/2 plate chicken biryani was on 4th Jan 2025 from Kolkata biryani house chittaranjan Market 1. Egg and potato was missing from 1/2 plate biryani. This is sheer cheating with customer, who only rely and enjoy kolkata biryani.
