We decided to have a la carte dinner and ordered a total of 9 dishes. Unfortunately, none of them met our expectations in terms of taste, especially the undercooked pasta that we didn't even touch. None of the staff at the supposedly 5-star hotel bothered to ask why we didn't eat it nor how was the food. We were disappointed with this factor. After paying the bill (as we didn't want to get free food by complaining), I had to approach a person wearing a blazer, whom I assumed was a manager. However, he pretended to be busy with other things and missed our table, which was quite surprising. I must say that the restaurant staff were polite and provided good service, attending to our requests promptly, but there didn't seem to be anyone in a position of authority there. Me and couple friends were craving some home foods from Kerela. We heard about Kochi Kitchen and tried it and we couldn’t have been more happy. Their Biryani is the probably the Best biryani we’ve ever tried in Belfast. Big thanks to all the friendly staff and also the kitchen staff. Will be back again very soon !!!
