My recent visit to Kitchen King on National Highway 5 in Solan was thoroughly disappointing despite its convenient location. The restaurant fell short on several critical aspects: 1. Service: The service was remarkably slow and unprofessional. We waited for over 30 minutes just to order basic items like parathas and puris, and the staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. Their attitude was quite rude when we finally managed to get their attention. 2. Cleanliness: The hygiene standards were appalling. The table we were seated at was sticky and had visible food crumbs from previous customers, despite requesting staff to clean it promptly. 3. Food Quality: None of the dishes we ordered stood out. The aloo sabji was overcooked and served in insufficient quantity. Additionally, the food arrived lukewarm, which was highly unappetizing. 4. Price: Considering the poor quality of both food and service, the prices were unreasonably high. We felt overcharged for such a subpar dining experience, and the billing was also inaccurate. Overall, I cannot recommend Kitchen King to anyone. There are far better dining options near Kandaghat Solan that offer superior service, cleanliness, and food quality. It would be wise to explore other options and save both time and money by avoiding this establishment. Service: 1
