This place is extremely well known for their CKP cuisine and I have already posted 2-3 reviews on their CKP sea food preparations. Starters 1. Murg Chapli Kebeb - This dish originates from the northern province (across the border in today's date, mainly Peshawar) It's a kind of chicken cutlet with a hint of Kheema mixture inside. This was served with mint chutney and salad. #topnotch 2. Mutton Sukha - Million dollar question for mutton lovers. And the question is whether the mutton is of the buck or of the bolhai? Its by default answer is buck. That is, in any mutton preparation served with them, only buck is used. Mutton was cooked at its best. It was completely separated from the tube. 3. Chicken ghee roast #highlyrecommended #topnotch. This dish originates from Kundapur, Karnataka and it's a bit spicier and prepared in pure ghee. (And along with a nice curry leaf...that is fodni...you can see from the photo) 4. Honey chilly jackfruit - This was one of the unique preparations. Kovala Fanas is a Chinese fusion dish. Because raw or young fennel has no flavor of its own, it takes on the flavor of the marination you put on it. It felt like we were eating Manchurian food. Now it's time for the main course. 1. Butter chicken - #topnotch recipe but some found it heavy. Photo will speak more. We tried to know the preparation but we did not get anything There is a secret recipe but whatever the recipe is it is really heavy. Here the chicken pieces were finely chopped and went so well with the cream and butter. You could feel that juiciness and butteriness in every bite. 2. Murg Safaid Korma - Kind of malai murg where gravy is malai with minimal spices (mainly salt and pepper) and once again point to be mentioned that meat was very well cooked. Both the main were served with laccha paratha !! We were served with 1. Mutton biryani - The meat was cooked perfectly so as mentioned above, it came out of the tube quite separately. The rest can be seen from the photos and videos. Biryani was cooked in a pot with great breath. 2. Murg Kofta Biryani - #highlyrecommended. I ate this type for the first time. That means chicken khima/ bhaji was made in round shape and served in biryani. This dish is truly unique and not available anywhere else, so I don't know. 3. Veg nawabi biryani - A great option for vegetarians and their jackfruit biryani is also very famous. At the end, we had jaggery - almost kulfi!!! There is always room in the stomach for dessert... You should definitely try the places where the hashtag Highly Recommended or Top Notch is used. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
