I did not take the service, but I talked with their agent for water manufacturing plant , agent told me he will provide fssai central licence for five years in Rs 9999 and there's no others charges , also I asked if there's any other govt fee or not they told no government fee , I checked in government portal, central licence cost Rs 8850 for one year, so he totally give me wrong information, may it's a scam, so beware of this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kitchen Connect. Not only was the wrong item delivered, but the customer service I received while trying to resolve the issue was the worst I’ve encountered. First, the delivery itself was late, and when it finally arrived, the order was completely wrong. Instead of American Chopsey, I don’t know what I even received. Mistakes can happen, but what followed was inexcusable. When I contacted customer service to address the problem, I was met with rudeness and indifference. The representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping and offered no apology or solution. Instead of resolving the issue, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The food taste too was too bad, they didn’t provide us fresh food- it felt as if they just delivered us food for the sake of delivering anything everything is worst- we end up throwing everything. I would genuinely recommend to never order from here- Never had such a worst experience ever. I expected a basic level of courtesy and a prompt resolution, but instead, I got frustration and poor service. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be ordering from Kitchen Connect again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and delivery accuracy. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹800–1,000
