Shoutout to Vinayak at Kiosk Kaffee for the amazing customer service! He was super friendly, made sure I had everything I needed, and even offered recommendations. The coffee was top-notch, but Vinayak's service made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this coffee shop and ask for Vinayak! Worst experience. Found out an ant in my coffee but that's not the worst part. The guy didn't replaced the coffee even after requesting for it. He simply acted as if he is replacing it but actually didn't. Avoid this at any cost. More so, really wondering what Akols's FDA is really doing?
