    I had a terrible experience at this KFC. I ordered the Ultimate Bucket, which comes with 3 Pepsis. I asked the staff member, Jyoti, if I could swap 1 Pepsi for Fries. She agreed initially, but when the order came, she refused to give the fries. The manager was equally unhelpful when I requested it. To make matters worse, they short-changed me on the food. The bucket is supposed to have 6 Hot Wings, but they only put 2 pieces inside. The service was a nightmare regarding payment as well. They claimed GPay was unavailable and insisted on cash only. It was only after we had an argument that they suddenly admitted card payment was available. It felt like they were intentionally making things difficult.
