    I have ordered food around 2:45 pm ETA shown 3:15 pm i was waiting for order i didn’t recieve it until 4 clock - I visited the store 4:05 pm asking my order the person on the counter lethargically answer your order was not moved there is no delivery person. My question is who’s responsible if no delivery person you could have called informed early and your pathetic KFC doesn’t have cancelling option . What kind of sick app it’s . Pathetic store keeper pathetic app and called customer care and person saying no order was placed.. what of kind of customer .
