At KFC , the only thing which has gone up is there price!! Most of the old staff have moved out...the new ones are very mechanical!! Almost felt like I have moved to France or Japan where we have robots working!! They lack product/offer knowledge and specially empathy and the basic customer service! The flexibility, and the basic smile is missing!! The size of the chicken has gone down and is longer tasting as before!! It tastes very much close to their competitors! Tastes almost like 5 star but still so far away from KFC!
