I had heard a lot good about this hotel, so we were here for buffet breakfast. Pathetic place.. we reached around 9 in the morning .. the lights were still not put on. No AC and the whole buffet was exposed to be cold food. Imagine paying 400 for breakfast and eating COLD CUT VEGETABLES,OATS,BREAD AND EVERY SINGLE INDIAN DISH. The service is simply dumb, we got to tell each thing atleast thrice for them to understand . Only the live counter was prompt towards his job. Everybody else felt as if they aren’t paid well and unhappy.

The breakfast was just ok. We have also tried Ala-carte and were not pleased
The stay was good though. Not to miss the staff are courteous.
Food is the only minus for the property.
