Visited today (24/07/2024), ordered a Paneer Butter Masala dish for takeaway. I asked them to put "mint chutney" with the takeaway order and the person on the front desk who sounded so disrespectful, denied to do so and as he clearly stated "we only serve mint chutney to customers who dine in our restaurant and also they prepare chutney in a very limited amount, so it cant be given. I wonder how come such a place have such disgraded service with a takeaway order which I think is most awful customer service in line of hospitality as even a street vendor doesnt hesitate to provide such a thing and greet its customers Service: 1

Hello Avni, We regret that you had an unpleasant experience with us. But I hope you might understand that nobody serves items like dal makhni, paneer butter masala etc. with mint chutney. It is only when someone orders Indian breads as well with the such dishes then restaurant provides chutneys, onions etc. And the receptionist couldn't give you the chutney because it is not a separately salable item from our end. It is a complimentary item which can be given only if it is available. We do not charge for it. And we did not charge you for this. So if it is a free item, then it is at the discretion of the hotel (based on item's availability and other factors) to either give to their customers or not.
