During my visit, I sampled the Promfret and Modso Rawa Fried, and both dishes left a lasting impression. The marinade was subtle yet flavorful, allowing the natural taste of the fish to shine through. Served hot, it had a satisfying aroma and a well-balanced spice level that didn't overpower the dish. The Modso Rawa Fried, a local specialty, was equally impressive. Coated in a semolina crust, the fish was golden and crunchy, offering a pleasing contrast to the tender meat within. The seasoning was spot-on, and the accompanying chutney elevated the experience even further. The staff was courteous and quick, and the ambiance had a casual, seaside vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable.
