We had a confirmed reservation from both Swiggy and dineout but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told you will have to wait for 45 minutes. The staff said dineout is third party and the confirmation is from there side. Why do you allow reservations on third party apps if you cannot honour it. Anyways, after a bit of push we got the table in 5-10 minutes. Food was below average with most dishes lacking salt and were not adequately spiced. The service was very poor. We waited for approximately 40 minutes just to get a fish dish. This is not the usual experience at Kebabsville but this time it was a bit disappointing to say the least.
