Health Hazard to eat here, ordered a Dal makhani and Jeera rice combo through Swiggy and found a dead cockroach right in the middle of my meal, this is blatant disregard for customer safety and following basic hygiene in the kitchen. What makes this worse is that when I escalated this complaint to FSSAI, expecting them to take action, they just transferred the complaint back to to the restaurant itself and closed the case, absolutely zero action was taken, the system asked the culprit to investigate their own negligence. I have also experienced stale food like it was cooked a day before and served in the restaurant but didn't pay much heed to it. This isn't an isolated case for this restaurant, I have seen 3 more such complaints for this restaurant even after my complaint to FSSAI.
