We friends went for a lunch to this Place. They took 415 ₹ from us per person instead of ₹360 as shown on internet and did not serve fried fryums as shown in reels, food was not at all hot. Excess salt in khichdi, dev tamatar and when asked they said everything is served in dinner. What is the meaning of unlimited thali if not served in proper manner. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Dear Gayatri RajeevThank you for visiting. As regards the clarification, the rate of Rs 360/- is of 3 years back & date on which this rate was there, is clearly mentioned just besides. Fryums are served in evening rest everything is served in both times of the meal. Regards

Visited Kathiyawadi Darbar Alkapuri - Premium Kathiyawadi Gujarati Thali on 17th May 2025 during my trip to Vadodara, and it was an absolute delight. The restaurant is located at 109, Panorama Complex, RC Dutt Road, right opposite Hotel Welcome in Alkapuri – a very convenient and central location. We went there for lunch and opted for their Unlimited Gujarati Thali, priced at ₹370 per person. For three people, our total bill came to ₹1170, which felt quite reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. The thali included a wide variety of items – aam ras, paneer lababdar, bhindi, dal, kadhi, roti, rice, pav, bhaji, and chaas, all served fresh, hot, and with a smile. Everything was unlimited, and the staff was more than happy to offer refills without us having to ask. The hospitality here stood out. The staff was very courteous and attentive, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. The interiors are nicely done, giving it a clean and pleasant feel. If you’re in Vadodara and looking for a place to try authentic Gujarati thali in a clean, family-friendly setting, I’d highly recommend this place. A must-visit for thali lovers!
