Dear Rajat Jain Thank you so much for visiting us and for such a nice detailed review. We are truly obliged for the same. As can be seen from your profile, your past ratings, though not needed, but still for clarity sake, it seems necessary to revert. As regards the air conditioner, it is natural that when the hall is on verge is empty, the AC system are off. As you came, the same was turned on, hence nothing more to mention here. Further, as regards the humidifier scent, it is not an odour it is Citronella vapour oil, used dually for humidification as well as mosquito repellant. The same is even asked for by our customers for sale. Still, if you did not like it, you could have easily informed our captain, who could have switched off the humidifier near you & issue could be resolved. Our food is generally extremely hot as not only do we host one the biggest food warmers in the city but also alongwith you, there were other guests as well who enjoyed the same hot food served to you. Still, if you found it cold, you could have informed our team , who could have replaced the same and served it hotter. Lastly, as regards the ambience and parking issue, it is stated that our interiors are made in pure Brass, even the thali in which the food was served was pure brass and each weighs around 1.5 KG+ & is unique design is first in the state.
